The London session can create good trades, but only if the earlier range is clear enough. If the Asian range is messy, the breakout can be messy too.
I prefer obvious highs and lows because they show where liquidity is likely sitting. When price sweeps one side and then reclaims, the setup becomes more interesting. If price just drifts without a clean level, I do not see much edge.
Good sessions do not guarantee good trades. The structure still has to be there.
