Not every crypto pullback is bearish. Sometimes a pullback is exactly what a trend needs to reset leverage, cool down funding, and give stronger buyers a better entry. The important question is whether the structure remains intact.
A healthy pullback usually holds above the previous breakout area or a major higher low. Volume may decrease during the decline, and buyers return near logical support. An early warning pullback looks different: support breaks easily, bounce attempts are weak, and strong coins start losing relative strength.
I also watch Bitcoin during altcoin pullbacks. If BTC stays stable while altcoins reset, the market may simply be rotating. If BTC also loses structure, risk across the market usually rises.
The goal is not to buy every dip. The goal is to separate a controlled reset from a change in trend. That difference matters more than the size of the red candle.
