A trading workstation does not need to look dramatic, but it needs to be reliable. Stable internet, backup power, enough RAM, and a clean monitor layout matter more than flashy hardware. If the platform freezes during a key exit, the setup quality becomes irrelevant. Infrastructure is part of risk management.
